Anton's Restaurant

Having read the reviews on TripAdvisor I went to Anton's with some friends on our stay in Ehrwald. While the food was ok, it was nothing special, certainly not as good as the previous reviews had hinted at. Service was slow, courteous but humourless and lacking the friendliness we'd received elsewhere on our stay. We're mentally maintaining our own popularity list of the restaurants we've visited on our stay and this one is currently bottom. Distinctly average.

we were a group of hikers and hat not much time left till the last train. the waitress and especially the cook made a lot of effort to satesfy our needs in time. especiallly big thanks for the cook that showed creativity when the veggies burgers were over and made something similiar which was also tatsy instead of just telling us the veggies are over.

Picked Anton's after reading reviews. Nothing fancy but great value, tasty food. We all (5) had different things and everyone was happy. Waitress was friendly, chatty if a little eccentric but in a good way. If you want a nice happy, good value evening out then enjoy but if you want a more upmarket experience its not for you. We'll be going back!

We had a burger and chips here .. Not my normal fare when out for meals .. It was very tasty and huge .. Good service
