Angel Inn Pub - Reservar uma mesa

We last visited about years ago and the food was superb the operation ran like a well oiled machine and the service was first class. We don't live in the area so hadn't been back, but for mothering Sunday we decided to...make the effort. We booked for people. When we arrived they didn't seem to be expecting us and weren't ready, We were left to set the table ourselves. The choice of food was restricted to sunday roast, which would have been good, if the food hadn't been so terribly poor. The price was very cheap, but the quality was very disappointing. The staff tried but they seemed to be out of their depth. So sad to see the deline of a once great pub. If you fancy a visit I would ignore any reviews or photographs the are more than a year old.

This pub has a virtually fully gluten free menu. Every dish is so tasty that you can almost forget the restrictions imposed on those of us cursed with dietary allergies in other establishments. To be able to eat lasagne complete with garlic bread and properly...battered fish and chips outside of my house is nothing short of heaven. Thanks to all the staff and Lisa and Andy for turning eating out from embarrassing and disappointing to the pleasure it was before I became gluten free.

my work mate and I had the bier broken cadjau and chips, good value for the size of the fish! ... very recommended is everything I have to say! beautiful pub, great atmosphere and friendly staff native with various drinks on tap....Worth a look when they stay here

in the angel inn was fantastic . fantastic atmosphere created by new owners martin christine. nothing was too much annoyed. excellent house made eating . they would be happy and hopefully we will return soon. ivor und Diane...Coleman Chapel-st-leonards
