A normal tourist hotel in Brig. Accommodation acceptable. Crazy staircases with a staircase in the middle and additional staircases around the middle one. Who doesn't remember the exact route to the room? ? Breakfast and all-inclusive meal in the evening at a good level. Room: No air conditioning. Topping from bed shifts. Fan in the bathroom broken. The maintenance of the structure as a whole has kl. Defects.

The Hotel Alex is OK, but 4 stars are flattering. Some rooms are very small. The balcony was lined with 2 chairs and a table, so it was difficult to enter. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation and is not entirely clean. Some of the staff tried very hard, but some were a bit stressed. WiFi is weak and the service in the dining room is different than in the rooms. All in all OK.

Little real choice of menu. Poorish quality. of cooking, though breakfast Was acceptable. Food did improve after appalling meal on arrival

Clean rooms.Friendly service. Nice meal. With a swimming pool and spa no 4 star appearance.
