Alcazar - Reservar uma mesa

A little disappointing. We booked a table for noon, and there was no lamb knowing that half of the dishes are lamb-based. The choice is therefore limited. I came to taste their lamb, found myself very upset. A slight lack of professionalism on the part of the server that gets softened by accusing his colleague.. That said, I would like to thank the woman from the crate who made me a commercial move to catch up. The dishes ordered were however delicious.

Meals very good However, the lack of discretion, the professional posture of the server/servers is noted. It was getting to the embarrassing or even stressful limit of hearing them stalking. Big flat on the application of the sanitary protocol: Maskless server, hand-cleaning seating, after serving the meal... well on without disinfecting your hands... SANITAIRE bof bof Dommage because excellent meal and nice setting

4 for the quality of the dishes but 0 for the service. The entrance doesn't have my drink, the dish still hasn't got my drink. My nephew had his cocktail at the time of dessert... The desserts they even waited a long time. No bread at the table. Clearly put the means on service recruit servers, otherwise you will lose your customers, damage was not bad. We arrived at 15 on Thursday noon.

I had heard good echoes, so I wanted to test. I was frankly disappointed... I wanted to order a lamb mouse, but the waiter told me that as we were a Tuesday, that Monday the resto is closed, the races are made on Tuesday morning and the cooking of the lamb mouse “takes 6h” then they don’t use it on Tuesday
