Al Giardinetto - Reservar uma mesa

While passing Switzerland we found this place and since alternatives were lacking we took the room. It is the typical “ok for one night hotel”, especially looking at the Swiss prices and comparing with the hotel we had afterwards in Trieste, Italy, you wouldn’t say price/value is fine. Unfortunately that is how it is in Switzerland...

I ran into this lovely restaurant during a little trip. I was stunned by how delicious was the beef fillet ‘alla pioda’ , so good and tasty!! And staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are nearby this restaurant is worth your time.

We ate dinner here because we were staying at the attached hotel and were simply too tired to look elsewhere. The meal was fantastic perfectly pillowy gnocchi, well cooked meat and a waitstaff that went above and beyond.

A fairly comprehensive menu, great salads and reasonable sized portions. Service was rather slow and did speak German nor English , rather surprising as Switzerland is multilingual.

Service very fast and food is delicious. Cozy ambiance with Italian charme. Very good value for$. I can recommend.
