Akar - Reservar uma mesa

We had a group dinner here. Originally thought I was going to a Malaysian restaurant but this turned out to quite different. The food was quite original and had asian hints but could not be called a Malaysian restaurant. Each dish tasted excellent, and the waiter went into a lot of detail on each item. The specials were told to you verbally and due to the detail I forgot what they were after the first 2 sentences. The helpings were sufficient and the quality made me feel satisfied. The restaurant had an indoor outdoor flow and was situated on a leafy pleasant street. Parking was on the curb but I had no problem finding a space. Would definitely return.

The environment is beautiful, the food top rate and the chef himself went out of his way to make sure I had a meal that worked for my dietary restrictions. They are a gift to our neighborhood. Everyone I know who dines there raves about it.

You get a feeling of personalized service and attentiveness by the staff. The food is apparently executed in great detail and delicious. I am greatly appreciative of fusion and innovation, it is something to look forward to. Great meal!

The food was amazing. The first time in a long time that every single dish was 100% devoured. Everything was so savory and the atmosphere was cozy and light. Would recommend a date night.

Moving everyone into college and grabbed a last minute reservation. It's really good. Inventive and interesting menu. Yummy cocktails. Don't think twice. Just go.
