Afternoon Tea at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel

Love the old vibe and have been coming for years at Christmas. The price of drinks is ridiculous. I know it’s in a Historic Hotel but you don’t need to charge those prizes. Food is good not o/s. It’s the ambience that makes it. Also food brought in from hallway from washrooms was a bit odd. Saw some plates waiting the be served on my way out of washroom. Hopefully when u renovate that will change

Very pleasant and friendly server, although she appeared quite hurried and would dash away sometimes before we could make a request. My friend and I had lots to catch up on, and we spent almost pleasant hours, not feeling rushed which we appreciated. We appreciated having the split sandwich order served on two plates. I don't like the coating on the sweet potato fries...

Excellent service from Duante. Loved the antique books and even the menu had a library card in the front. Highly recommended
