I've put 4 stars and I don't think I'm going back to this hotel again. When you can't say anything special about a place, it's just that it didn't catch your eye. Here's the case. It's so basic and normal, I'm not able to stand out from him. the appearance of the hotel is not very attractive, its spacious parking, but there is no place for all guests. They advertise the hotel with parking, but I had to park outside, for lack of room. the very normal rooms pulling to basics, although you can highlight their cleaning and order. The breakfast seemed to be amazing, but the small space to catch the food was so small, that you were colliding with the dozens of diners that arrived at the same time. It was not very practical to serve, even to be upset. There was no hot food, fried eggs or bacon. the very professional staff, too much, hardly smiled. being professional and friendly is compatible, you don't have to be so serious. I paid and they didn't give me bill or receipt. There's one thing I can highlight, the views I had from my window. of the river that circulates parallel to the hotel. super hotel, very clean, the staff has the warm welcome large well decorated room, the bathroom is large enough with toilets away, the breakfast is copious with good products, we stayed there 2 nights well slept with a good bed linen, we will return to our next stay in the Basque country
