restaurant located in the neighborhood the peral , just outside of valladolid. a modern restaurant, with a medium lounge and a good bar. if there is good weather they have a fairly large terrace too. The menu is quite varied, rice, meats, fish, burgers and then a wide variety of cold dishes and to share. There is also a similar bar letter. In addition to all this they have a quite interesting menu of the day, with incomings, main and desserts, includes , bread, drink and coffee. quite complete.I went to eat and asked the menu of the day. First of all, a black rice with sepia , codmar and alioli. quite creamy rice , knit well , good taste and sepia and squid were quite tender. alioli soft. Second I asked for the Iberian secret with potatoes and chutney of mango to pepper. the secret was well knit, nothing dry, the good sauce, accompanied well to the meat, the loose potatoes, a little harsh. After dessert I ordered the tiramisu with macerated strawberries in odorous wine. the tiramisu was pretty good, well creamy, well-packed cake in a potent coffee. I was left with strawberries, they were rich, but they didn't hit me much with the tiramisu the truth.Summary: a good menu of the day, good variety, fast service, in less than an hour served me the dishes, good bread.Price :
