A Plus Crab - Reservar uma mesa

So.. I have mixed feelings about this place! For one, service is amazing. Great atmosphere! Food to me tastes so good.. the Cajun rice and shrimp probably the best thing I’ve had. But the boils are great too. HOWEVER… lol I’ve been here 3 times.. and every single time my stomach hurts so so bad after. I get bathroom problems so bad omgggg and it doesn’t stop hurting until I get it all out. I do have a feeling it’s just because the sauce of the boils are super spicy/hot even the medium. Me and my daughters dad have been 2 out of the 3 times and he’s had bathroom problems too, both times. Now the food is amazing and maybe I’m just getting old to where I can’t handle spicy food anymore.. but I definitely wanted to share my experience with that just in case someone else have had these issues. Other than that everything else was amazing. And im very picky with my food and service and the taste and service/atmosphere definitely met my standards.

My bf wanted a quick shot while we were cruising around. The hostess was cordial, but was trying to upsell drinks after we told her multiple times just a shot. He chose absolut Limon, which she then talked him into a double. I told her I had to drive, so I 'd just split the shot with him. She tried charging us for Ciroc, a more expensive price. I understand business tactics, but when customers have a clear intent, allow them to have it. This is how you drive first timers away. I had wanted to try their food previously. Perhaps I 'll give a second chance for that, and stay away from the liquor prices. I could buy a whole bottle for the same amount of the double shot ??‍

I ate in at my most recent visit, My seafood boil the colorful combo was on point but I ordered a blue Hawaiin beverage it was nasty and when I asked to swap it for a more expensive drink they almost didn't take the initial drink off my bill despite my not drinking it. Then I tried the crab Rangoon, it was not good whatsoever I was scared to send it back. Dining in here is not what it used to be I would recommend sticking to take out and the boil only.

I ended up ordering anything that had the word, fried in it which i don 't think I 'll do again. Too much fried food can ruin a palate.Definitely coming back again to try other items on the menu now that i saw what others had.

The chicken strips and fries will knock your socks off they aren't like anything special but WOW are they crispy and fresh!
