Ate here on a number of occasions it was so good. The executive lunch is tremendous value at around $8000 (pesos), which when I was there equated to around £1.60. Three courses plus a fresh fruit juice is good value in anyones book. A la carte is also available at all times of opening and again prices represent great value. The owner Guillermo prides himself on his waiting staff being the fastest in town and I cannot disagree. Food was wonderful and in very generous portions. There is outside seating where you can dine or just enjoy a drink if you don't want to eat. Well worth a visit if you are in Cartago.

My husband had a salmon that was overcookd and loaded in a heavy pink creamy sauce. I had the gourmet salad but the waitress forgot to mention that it had some crab meat in it which I didn't want. The menu doesn't have any description of the dish so you have to guess what they'll put in it. Service is ok, decoration is nice but there are mosquitoes biting...not fun.

This restaurant is a must visit if ever you go to Cartago. Located in an old colonial house both the food and service are first class and tremendous value for money. The owner Guillermo is very friendly and delights in meeting his customers. You can have the executive lunch or order a la cartera or even just have a drink on the terrace. Well recommended.

I like this place for a private lunch. It is so nice here. The menu is really good. If you are on a budget go for the daily lunch. If not order a la carte whatever you want everything is great here. I like how you can choose where to sit in any room of the house sort of speak.

Great restaurant. Good food. Nice place. Great service. Just don't sit outside to eat cause there is stuff that comes off the trees and lands in your food. Lol I would sit inside next time.
