"I tested the fish menu that was satisfactory overall. Small flat on the tuna carpaccio that was actually a slice of tuna that had about half a centimetre thick, it was good but I think there is an error in the title of the dish. I was able to taste the beef cheeks, choice of my spouse who were excellent."

Restaurants with name “L’Agneau” are available in Alsace on almost every milk can. also in mothern, near the border to Germany, we find an L’Agneau, and since its remodeling and a successful renovation a few years ago, this is one of the beautiful L’Agneau, in which you like to enjoy the inside courtyard as you sit inside in the thrived rooms. because this L’Agneau is negligently guided. the resolute madame, which receives its guests with unfriendly strictness, does not radiate any hospitality. the in-house, in summer of course the destination of most guests, must come with a single service. that's not going to happen, you just can't do it alone, because the overview is lost, the service quality remains on the track. that's not the only problem. because most guests – like us on a Sunday afternoon – appear more or less at the same time, clash on the kitchen brigade under jean louis pautler the collected orders. result: all guests are waiting, you see the kitchen work under high pressure, but it just doesn't go faster.What comes then makes really impression: a very nice salad with generously decorated parmegiano, 8 euro. a beautiful duck paste, a less successful trilogy from the salmon (16). or main courses: a huge bark fillet, doubt with a few sprinkles – in usa this runs as surf

I had come one evening in the late summer of 20016 and had been very disappointed, especially with regard to the reception, service and the fact that I had to eat outside while the temperatures were already fresh. I promised to re-test. It was done... it was excellent. a pleasant setting inside. the nickel service, a single lady for the main room with a big 20-year-old guest but who managed very professionally with a kitchen that was coming out quickly and synchro. a dish of the day of 3 fish, with potatoes with parmesan sauce. a main dish, beef fillet and gambas poro sauce, 2 chocolate mousse, delicious short, I will come back but this time for other reasons.

we have been a few times in the l ́agneau and are always excited about the new one. Saturday we sat the first time in the cozy courtyard, somewhat rustic, yet with a lot of charm - embodies the typical Alsace. that eat delicious!Carpaccio from the duck, garnished with giant panels - a dense. the frog legs for me the best I've ever eaten in France. the chefin also likes to combine a wine selection for the individual courses. we will come back!

We turned up on our bicycles a little the worse for wear but were treated like royalty. The owner came over to our table and helped us choose from the menu and the wine list. Her excellent English also allowed us to feel at ease in what is an upmarket setting in spite of our dress. The food was excellent and the desert sublime
