very good experience in this region with a warm welcome, a tasting of very good white ancestor and a pleasant discovery of red ( excellent) compared to those of the ancestor wine house. we recommend this domain.

"This is regarded as the best restaurant in Sancerre. Michelin Star. So judging it by this criteria and other Michelin star restaurants we have eaten in, it was OK. The starters was to be fair very nice - aubergine and tomato creation, had many different flavours. The cheese board was a disappointment, the soft cheeses were no where near ripe enough."
