8100 Mountainside Grill

This restaurant is located in Park Hyatt. We have eaten here several times for breakfast and twice for lunch, the food is excellent. A great place to stop for lunch or dinner after a long day of skiing. We also love the lobby bar area and outdoor terrace. The whole restaurant in general is beautiful!

For our last meal at our Beaver Cr. Resort, we decided to eat in the house we were not disappointed. We chose a salmon menu selection from the Vail Restaurant Week option it was delicious. The service atmosphere was a bonus.

Great selection of beer. They treated our dog like royalty! Made her a plain chicken breast with a side of bacon. They were so accommodating and kind. Our server Christopher was fantastic. We will definitely return!

Had the breakfast buffet here and it was delicious. Fresh and well seasoned food. The service was polite and fast. The views from the outdoor terrace are hard to beat!

Exquisites Food and an acceptable wine list at dinner. Fabulous children bison zartloin. Breakfast here is not available.
