Only open a few weeks Restaurant Vingt Neuf is already making waves amongst other top restaurants in Saintes. Subtle english touches shine through from the start such as homemade marmite butter! A trio of excellent canapés kicked started the evening. Starters and mains were excellent too. Apple Soufflé, always a tricky dessert to pull of but we needn 't have worried as it rose higher than the Eiffle Tower, not too "egg-ie, and full of flavour. Coffee and Mignardises were very good too. Service was friendly and efficient by a waiter who spoke very good English.

An exceptional kitchen, enchantment for taste buds ... a great team led by a chef in love with the kitchen everything is done with fresh products! Come on, you won't be disappointed! Thank you. We had a good night.
