"Once a year you will find a different place each time. This time a lot of choice on Herten Scherlebeck with the many layered fruit meadows. Shortly before the Spargelhof there was also a stand of NABU where I learned interesting again about the old apple varieties that can be bought in the surrounding courtyards. Our main goal of the Spargelhof was already at 10:30 more than proppenvoll, so you can get the car approx. 1 km away had to park. Many stands for large and small were built where beans, potatoes, pumpkin, peppers, apples, plums of pears could be bought. 2 x 5l apple juice in the carton were bought immediately and first brought into the car. After a visit to the farmhouse, some products such as sausage, bread and cakes came from the bakery of the farm into the shopping bag. There were also Pommes, Curry, Bratwurst and Co, who were not so much on cakes. Beer and juices as well as a small live band rounded off the Thanksgiving Festival. Opening hours for Hofladen and Hof Cafe Restaurant are from the beginning of April at the end of June 7:00 19:00 at the beginning of July 31st October 9:00 18:00.
