"During the “Lexus Tour” through the Bergische Land was the second destination of the high rope garden k1 in Odenthal. After the festive “behavior” in the castle of Bensgerg, it was clearly “rustic”. But the place is also beautifully located in the forest and meadow area of the municipality of Odenthal. Childbirths, school classes, climbing groups, hikers and family meetings are on the agenda. Children and adults are everywhere. but each group had its own area or Table and it went for me confusing but somehow ordered too: Everything relaxed. We escaped the air-conditioned cars and were warmly welcomed by the operator pair. Fresh apples were pressed out in front of our eyes with a relatively large machine. The juice was collected in cans and immediately filled into the provided glasses. Great aroma, wonderfully cloudy and slightly foamy and, after short moments, transitioning from light green to light brown: this is what fresh untreated juice looks like. You would like to have a machine like this, but it is already missing from your own apple tree with untreated fruits. Now we heard from the owners that they have been operating the plant for ten years. And have great appeal: Registered groups and spontaneous hikers. Photo_245767 Everyone can get a little bite on a small bush or eat and drink in a guest room. Many want to sit outdoors, eat and drink at the tables – and naturally climb. There are ways for children and then even more difficult tasks for adults or advanced people. But the dream of the two are twelve tree houses on their grounds. Rooms with water, light, bathroom and terrace are to be created. Since landscape protection and environmental pollution are very important in NRW, efforts to achieve this were rather difficult and were drawn for years. Several times the project threatened to fail. But many opinions and presentation projects in other countries now seem to be a success: we hope to start implementation in 2020. In the meantime, we were served flame cake with bacon and cheese at the table. Both varieties were crispy and juicy and could be perfectly pulverized in pieces as finger food. After that we looked at the climbing trees, play equipment and the gastronomic facilities and enjoyed the view again. Finally we climbed the limousines and lead to the third and final place of the tour through the Bergische Land."
