"We have experienced such things only very rarely! Maybe Nomen is just Omen?! Wikipedia knows ZEN among others: Often it is said that Zen offers “nothing”: no teaching, no secret, no answers. ...and apparently no hospitality!? After a walk and shopping in the KÖ 8, we were hungry and did not want to cook @home anymore. Admittedly, it was only 20:00 and the Zen closes after opening hours. But it was still open and two tables were still occupied with guests. At the order we were already looked at as if we were from another star and instead of telling us that the blow of the cones is already over, we were counted, the 21⁄2 dishes were still available at all. They were then half-warm on the table and lukewarm beaten down. All in all extremely unpleasant. With the staff we had contact with, we had a lasting feeling that the guest is a really undesirable evil..."
