Drinks and eat come very fast, the main dish after salat for my taste somewhat too fast, i.e. after about half salat consumption. it will quickly be a good appetit desired and gone. cleaning is also very fast. some empty components are removed while eating. I can only wonder the rhetorical question. with full mouth would have been sorted only for a spun table top. also my empty beer glass is cleaned, I had practically not even swallowed. if the last teller is removed, he is asked at least if he tastes. the payment process goes fascinating before, after a proper document (it was again just a bill that I did not want to ask today, the two were pretty good with a group of fresh guests. 3 stars card: there is a standard card with different, I sometimes say typical dresses like carving variants and salads. there is also a day ticket from which I ordered the must-crust-reds with salads and semmelknödeln (12,80 €). for drinking there was a radler (0,5l 3,60 €. eat: the salat that came before (without broth on the table, was clearly a better one of its ft. served on a large glass plate, for a beinsalat, it contained various leaf salads, a tomato quarter, an undamaged gurken discs, carrot salad and crinkled cratsalat. the rest of the salad sauce was extremely good. light acid, the milder was with something sugary, very spicy and with light paprika notes (it seemed like small paprika pieces in the salat sauce. after this start I was very good hope for the coming senf crust roast. this came in the form of 2 rather thick slices of a varietal roast. there were two completely grown semmelknödel and an acceptable amount (I am a wet darker sauce. the meat was slightly grown, but not too fat. it was decently seasoned, and I would have expected a somewhat more powerful taste of the divorce. Unfortunately, the meat had become a little dry because of the heating and heating process (which is less rare in crimp roasting). the resistance is not too strong and not too soft. tastefully the noodles were good, with some petersilie (sometimes more of them would have been even better. the sauce was also good and tended to cook without auxiliary agents (at least I did not notice a finished taste. the portion was more than sufficient so that I had to surrender in the half of the second emptying. Salad, noodle and sauce were good, the meat was just good. So I come to well-mean 3.5 stars. cleanliness: what I saw was in order, I think 4 stars fit here well. Price/quality ratio: in view of the still acceptable kitchen performance, but the rather rustic portion size and the contratypical beer price, I hold 3.5 stars (better than ok, but not really good for appropriate. conclusion: unfortunately there was nothing from the kitchen that I could not have gotten better. the service didn't really rip me off the chair. only the really good side-seed remained sticky to me in memory."
