"We were happy to arrive at 14.00 hr as we didn't face any traffic jams. We would have been happy If a room was ready but didn't expect it.Once arrived we were surprised as we couldn't check in before 17.30hr, we asked If we could put the luggage inside but was refused, when we wanted to wait in the garden of the hotel we were sent outside as they told us we could only make use of the garden from 17.00hr.After a 1.000km drive you expect to be treated in a nicer way then in the hostellerie! We were sent away like thieves or criminals. I would strongly recommend NOT to book a room over there!"
