"One of 3 or4 other restaurants on this street, it is theonly one right on the Canal rather than across the street. It was too hot for us to eat cassoulet, the unavoidable specialty of Castelnaudary, so we just had salads which were ok. The cassouets dishes looked just too huge butr smelled divine!"
