I really enjoyed my visit here. beautiful interieur. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. and eating? very nice. Vegetable spring rolls were exactly what I needed to calm my robe, and the main event, pla manow, steamed sea bass, was excellent. sad no place for dessert after too much fried rice and all for about 20 pfund. excellent value. would be most happy to return. try it out, they don't think they're disappointed.
a little jewel of an orte. it was quiet when we arrived there, but the week was somehow understandable. the personal was friendly and attentive. menu is extensive and covers everything they really want. would be nice to have sticky rice on the menu, that was only missing for me. Salads are a real winner and probably a overlooked product, but super tasty, fresh and spicy, although less chili than I expected for a 2* heat rating. the mains were fresh, hot and tasty with a lot of sauce. for 2 salads, 2 main and additional costs plus drinks was the bill under £50 which I thought was a great worth. left very well fed, the portions are very reasonable.
the two-course lunch is simply perfect in terms of price and portion. many choices in the menu. the Tom-Yum soup and the green chicken cure are delicious. great decorations and service.
most impressed by this first visit. would recommend it to everyone for a special celebration or just one evening. eating was really good, also service. a small point I guess, not an impressive background music.
Very pleased with my time spent there. Service was okay, little slow as it was not busy at all and we had to wait a bit for our food to arrive. They were very pollite though. Food was piping hot when served, all was fresh including chicken and seafood. Dishes full of flavours and the coconut rice was PHENOMENAL. Nice scenery inside and loads of details.
Well what a find! We went to this restaurant on a recommendation. We had the most superb evening. Really, the best Thai. The food is so fresh tasty and truly delicious. We had Menu B superb! As for the staff of this family owned and run business I would put 6/5 stars if I could. Do not walk past this place. You will not do better, in Nottingham or elsewhere.
What a hidden little gem. Great food- ensure you come hungry and have an empty stomach as the portions were huge. We had the set platter b and rolled out the place due to amount of food provided. Very quiet setting- literally had the restaurant to ourselves for most of the meal which was lovely. Prices were a bargain for the quality and amount of food you get. Definitely will be returning and telling everyone I know to ensure they visit this place when heading to Nottingham.
The food was absolutely incredible. Perfectly cooked and full of exciting authentic flavours. The service was lovely too.
