A really pleasant afternoon with family. Beautiful friendly staff who are always committed to assist you on your table. Wheelchair access. Carvery and other foods very tasty. Phil, Dave, Freya and Tony are always very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys your great team and always make our visits so much more pleasant.
My first visit to this facility and it won't be my last. Were very warmly welcomed by Paula or Vicky (can not remember), but both ladies were very kind to show us our table and make our drinks. Our server was Joseph, who was so friendly, he went beyond when we needed some extras at the table, he made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also delicious..kudos in the kitchen. Will recommend 10/10
It was our first time here. It has a friendly relaxing atmosphere. The staff was fantastic, curious, friendly and helpful. Service with a great cheerful smile. Eating was really good and you don't have to wait like a few places. Not too bad prices. Would definitely recommend going and definitely going back
Our group had an ingenious night for our U11s football team Christmas Eve outside. The staff were extremely helpful and had tables for adults and children. The service was excellent by all staff especially Karen, who was really friendly to the guys, with time to chat with them. The food was very good and was served very quickly considering that it was prepared for us over 25 meals. Well done Josh the cook. Overall an excellent visit and we would definitely come back.
Visited this evening with family. Staff where great and nothing too much trouble. We booked but asked could we sit outside as the children wanted too play out there. Staff where very accommodating, went inside too order drinks and food, a young lady ‘Lucy” was really Pleasant and polite and actually occupied kids while I ordered, she also made sure we had all our cutlery/condiments for outside, really lovely girl, an an asset to the place. Thanks very much
We arrived and was met by a lovely man i think was Phil the manager. He politely shown us to our table and explained how ordering food and drinks was made. We had gone for my granddaughters 7th birthday and they made everything a lovely experience for us. We was served and waited on by Karen and Michael and nothing was too much trouble for them. This was our first time here and will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend.
First time visiting we will definitely be back. Such a good system them have between them. All the staff so friendly and welcoming. Love how Phil leads by example with his team. Food was quick considering it’s a busy Sunday afternoon and delicious! Thank you!!
