great stay. the hotel was beautifully decorated and beautiful ambiente in the lobby. all staff were very helpful and friendly. my room was so beautiful, beautifully decorated and amazing showers. the bed was super comfortable. the room was clean, but could have been cleaner (the haare in bed and washbasin, watermark etc.) so that I could have a star away
during her birthday visit to leeds at my sister. I have often passed this hotel while visiting the city and wanted to try. it didn't disappoint! everything about our stay was just beautiful. the room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, the breakfast was great. without exception, all staff were friendly, helpful and polite. we loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

we have booked almost three more hotels and decided to set for the queens because of its location. we arrived at 11 a.m. and knew that we could not check in until 15 a.m., hoping to drop our bags and walk the city. absolutely not was the answer from the reception dream team who wanted nothing more than our convenientness to be their highest priority. georgina, who checked us effortlessly, made sure that a room was immediately available so that we did not have to wait. not only was their commitment to improve our comfort, it was knowledgeable, so friendly and chatted to us as if we were old friends. a far cry from the lack of Lustre service we have experienced elsewhere. we chose the queens hotel because it felt cheap, but we had no idea that we would book a room with friends. a “room with friends” in a hotel that has been so well renovated that they never want to go. I doubt we'll ever book another hotel in leeds again. we're queens now.
The rooms are recently refurbished and it shows, they're modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely and the location really convenient, having an access from Leeds railway station. Parking is problematic but they offer a discounted rate on the railway station cat park however if you're preferred to walk a couple of minutes you could get cheaper overnight pre-booked parking. Bar prices appeared steep inconsistent with colleagues reporting differing prices on the same drinks) but there's a perfectly acceptable pub on the station if you want to avoid that slightly uneasy feeling about possibly being overcharged. That said, the bar pricing wouldn't deter me from staying again.
Beautiful, stylish hotel in the Heart of Leeds Centre. It is evident from the minute you enter the building how much the staff love this place and want to ensure guests have the best experience. The food was incredible and could not be criticised. Top Quality!! Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Lovely twin beds. Welcoming lobby with bright 1930s decor. Complimentary wine in room on arrival. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Really good selection at the breakfast buffet Would definitely come again.
