beautiful pub nice staff well recommended love this pub my favorites so quiet and peaceful nice eating
my first time comes here. the food was nice and the even tho the bar had not what I wanted, the bardame made us a nice cocktail instead. the little lady with black hair was so good. she was left alone, our whole visit, which she made in the bar, gave food, was cleansed and assured that everyone was in order that we asked her where her personal is? because there were times when the bar was flooded with people and she was finished with the help, but she had difficulty identifying her manager as a vulnerable person than she was dealing with everything else! shes brill she got that cue right down but her personal deffo must have her back because it is soo busy in the flash of an eye, it would have been much easier if she could help someone, but overall the pub is beautiful and we will come deffo again
on Friday the pub visited a meal of the service of the dame behind the bar was nice and the food was nice, but the pub was very busy and the poor women left alone to serve and perform food orders on their own faust, for a Friday night that I expected it more workers who support them.

It has been many years since I have visited the Crown and I am pleased to see it has retained its traditional decor which provides a high class ambience. There is food available and a large party of Japanese visitors were enjoying a meal, we only stopped for a pint which ended up as a bottle of Newcastle Brown Ale as many draught beers were unavailable.
Such an amazing hidden gem in Birmingham. Favorite bartender Julie makes it worth while with her energy and accommodating style. Us Americans very feel welcome and appreciate the hospitality!
