now, we took my patent then yesterday for a meal, they go quite often as the easy access for my mother in her wheelchair, the staff was helpful and eating was super without delay

this is an in-house restaurant of premier inn, croxley green. we had an breakfast here during our 8 night in the hotel. the options, quality and taste were very good. had no chance to have lunch or dinner since most of our time was spent in london.
Stayed at the premier inn next door over the weekend(10th-12thJune 2022 and used The Rising Sun a lot of the time during our stay. Firstly, we used the restaurant for breakfast both mornings as it has a good deal with the Premier Inn. We chose to drink at the Rising Sun on the Saturday night and it couldn’t have been a better choice! Drinks and snacks at the bar were reasonably priced and the customer service we received, especially from bar manager Catherine, was great. Catherine went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, from remembering our drink orders to insisting on taking over cleaning up the mess we made and the drinks I spilled! After working till late at night, Catherine was working the following morning when we went down for breakfast and was still working just as hard, with a smile still on her face. Would definitely book the same premier inn again if I came back to Watford, just for the Rising Sun! (apologies if I’ve spelled Catherine the wrong way!!
Food took a while but it was very late and busy otherwise would if give 5 stars staff was polite and a tidy little red head works there

Beverages and snacks at the bar were cheap and the customer service we received, especially by Barmanager Catherine, was great. Catherine went beyond and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome to insist on the memory of our drinks orders to insist that we have done the chaos we have and the drinks I spilled! After Catherine had worked late in the night, Catherine worked the next morning when we went to breakfast and worked so hard, with a smile still on her face. Would definitely book the same Premier Guest House again when I returned to Watford, only for the Rising Sun! (Excuses if I wrote Catherine the wrong way!!
Children eat breakfast free with an adult, so for a family of 4 it is under 20GBP for everything you can eat, what not to like? You need to ask for poached or cooked eggs and for vegetarian food, but the serving staff is fast, friendly and helpful.
