on Monday I ordered a double decadence that came with no cheese sauce inside, usually its hit or miss whether you get one that's absolutely caked, or very little inside, but its always there. on this occasion it was completely dry. I rang Penarth dominos...to explain that it was a double decadence without the main ingredient. The staff and manager were very polite and offered me a free replacement at any time I choose. I expected to have to collect but they brought it straight to my door piping hot. excellent service and very professional. stars.
