one of my favorite places to eat and drink. excellent value for money on food/drink and always a great atmosphere. both carling and coors, which immediately secures the place, the God-like status and even the long walk to the toilets gives them the opportunity to stretch their legs / check their phone. very easy to order with the app, I had the sausage butter that was delicious. great start to day before we went to the lakes for a brain!
always great for a coffee or another drink. very friendly staff, cheap and free fill them on hot drinks. not too packed. have cans at stand and to load tables etc. always was a great place to cool and pour time and eat is always high standard
large weather aprons. I never had a problem finding a place. drinks are cheap and some great offers. only down is the loos above, so not sure whether disabled facilities are offered.
is now our regular monthly place for talking of müll the strange pint of guinness etc. all workers including the security sacks, all a joy to do with. Apart from the top shop, late at night snacks, also just the job before the home trip. Full of all recommended in our social group.
Bit out of my way,, I live in chapel en le frith, but I meet up with friends who live in the hazel grove area and we always meet at 'spoons. Nice atmosphere, good beer never been disappointed. Very good and excellent prices and service.
Cannot sing a member of staff called Laura praise enough.....she was doing the work of three people and doing it well!!!!! Pub was clean,tidy and the food was great.As with all spoons it's inexpensive and well worth a visit ...it puts the other spoons in Stockport to shame!!!!
Standard food, nothing special but does the job. Last night there was a pub quiz which we will definitely be attending again!
