a tuna cheese panini has been ordered, which has arrived on a small side plate! I couldn't even cut it. I wouldn't have let that go of the kitchen. as bad as it looked. nearly 10 minutes difference between my food served and partner you get. partner took coffee back, as they both had not asked us whether we wanted black or white, if we asked if we could get a black one, then we will tell them: "there is their black coffee they have to pay for it!" think they need a little more training in some aspekte of the service industry starting with sandwich production and presentation! oh and how to treat customers
we visited here for brunch and ordered the small breakfast. when we had our very well-kept dog with us, we sat outside. when the food came, it was brought in small polystyrene tablet boxes with plastic knives and forks. I thought they believed we'd take away our food and so we explained we'd eat in the caffe. we were then told that, because we had a dog with us, we did not hide the privilege of the teller or the right one, because some people were supposed to have allowed to eat their dogs from the tellers! first of all, what a respectful cretin would allow a dog to eat from a teller in a caffeine!? second plastic, then why then they take that all dog owners must act on this despicable it was like eating in a prison! eating was moderate to begin, but after that we will not return definitiv.
first visit in maltings I had no more. very friendly staff. my partner had a ham sandwich full of baked ham. I had salted caramel brownie. Great. only half as large portions managed. think we'll break for.
I'm coming. personal so nice. the staff was excellent, the food was excellent. skimmers breakfast wow. spam sandwich perfect. Accessible toilets.
Very nice place to sit and eat with great service and top quality food! Would definitely visit again! Plenty to offer for everyone
Beautifully cooked Full English Breakfast, but we decided to eat outside and was served in a Take away Box and Plastic Knife and Fork at £15.00 for two very disappointingSuch a shame.So make sure you eat inside
Just been flying, no airfield cafes open around the place so decided to eat after. Well laid out, ordering easy and a surprisingly good choice in the circumstances. Tea piping hot and the bacon sarnies were generously filled and spot on. Plenty of good tables...outside. Service great and in good time. Well worth a visit
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Service was poor and you weren’t made to feel welcomed. (We visited during Halloween activities week).
