We reserved a table for in total we waited minutes before deciding to find a table.no sooner than we seated ourselves, a man appeared quickly to say we couldn't sit there. He offered an insincere apology, which didn't help. After looking around for...an available clean table we were shown to a table in a corner. There was no urgency to take our order. When someone did I was not overly impressed, they haven't got a clue about hospitality. They won't find many diners returning. One of the starters was wrong, main course took quite a long time to arrive. Food was satisfactory, but compared to my local beefeater in Cheshire it was distinctly mediocre. Server didn't take my loyalty card when tilling up our bill, not sure if she added my points when I remarked that she hadn't asked if I had a loyalty card. Despite regular emails of discounts I will be not rushing back to Beefeater . Theres been no response to my feedback provided to customer service .

we are new in the antidote and have already been eating twice by simply grilling. can they honestly say we are not disappointed! eating is fresh, tasty and piping hot. cute sizes also super! friendly staff, highly recommended!
