I booked a table for two for Valentine's Day for my wife and I to have a dinner we arrived and was shown that sitting was immediately busy, what is great seeing restaurants again normal. the personal they let themselves in before they drink ordering the atmosphere was great and with the music play 70 80 with some songs I didn't hear long. the valentine’s menu was a set menu 2 curs was price at 24.95 of the 3 curs was 38.95 all the meals were removed so that they could enjoy their meal, although it was very busy. at the end of the evening we asked for the bill. if it comes before they pay, they will be asked if they have a nice evening and want to tap the personal together with their payment. they are not obliged to do so. but must say on are visiting the staff were great and very professional and done a good work to get the meals on time. well made all of them and for my wife and I a most pleasant evening. would recommend this restaurant for special occasions or only for a meal
Evening from hell with follow up Facebook abuse.. Me and a friend booked this restaurant for a hen do. When we arrived we waited for a while before being shown to our tables the restaurant somehow thought it acceptable to put of us on one table and on another, which was never outlined to us before our arrival they said there was nothing they could do as it just wasn't possible to sit on the same table despite the fact the manager (Barry) had told us when we first enquired they could seat on one large table. These tables weren't close enough whereby one table could interact with another and left the bride to be having to spend time going from table to table which was really not ideal. Had we been told that we couldn't all sit on the same table initially we never would have chosen this restaurant. I should also mention that not once did the manager apologise for this massive inconvenience but quite the opposite, he very rudely told us we had never specified we wanted to be seated together which I found absolutely ridiculous. As if that wasn't bad enough the restaurant brought out starters for girls who hadn't arrived yet which were left to go cold and they refused to heat them up once they did arrive, poor service for a restaurant I expected so much more from. Also watch out for the sneaky supplement they add onto your bill without explanation, with being a large group we had to give the restaurant our food orders early and at no point between our initial booking enquiry to actually sending them our food orders was any mention made of a supplement for any courses. After a heated discussion between the manager and ourselves he eventually reluctantly took this off our bill. All in all a very nice meal absolutely ruined due to the shockingly bad customer service, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. What I would recommend is a people skills training course for the manager who I found to be very rude and arrogant towards not only his customers but also towards his team of hard working but very unorganised staff.<br br/>The manager of this restaurant seems to think it ok to publicly abuse his customers on a public forum, check out responses to Facebook reviews and how he treats paying customers before deciding to set foot in this place. I should mention we were never told about the no confetti policy' either in our correspondence or upon arrival.
booked online 45 minutes before we wanted to eat, and tried to confirm the restaurant 3 times - but no answer. when we placed the dame in front of the restaurant, was very rude, she said no recording about the booking - although we showed her our email confirmation on our phone - and claimed she was all the time next to the phone. she then suggested that we could come back in 30 minutes if two tables should be free when we share our group. at the end we ate bella italia next door, who were completely beautiful and could put us together. will never go to francie and bennys again. a shame.
that must be the best thing I've ever found. Honestly, my whole life here and never had a good curry enough to order again until fusion spice. I order every week without fail, not even had I had a bad curry each single was in high quality I came to expect and love from this fantastic takeaway. not only that, but the service is always perfect, especially the owner, as he is always friendly and happy to help solve any problem that they can have. they always have a great chat with him and enjoy the experience each time. No problems, great service, good quality eating, plus a great price.
