the only part for me is the lack of vegan meal on the menu. just a vegan main course!
we were warmly welcomed at the arrival and shown on a table of my choice, the weinliste was varied and I could choose a favorite wine. the selection of the food was varied with several menus to choose from, there was something that suits everyone. my friend and I decided to lasagne for the season and it was delicious. there was a slight cock on the padded that was immediately restored and no fee was made for one of the padded. very nice waiter and very attentive service. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
the employees were quite inconspicuous, not welcome or friendly and have little dinge for our despite not busy. the menu was limited because they did not have everything available, including one component of one of our drinks. the starters were nice. the main thing was good, but nothing spectacular, although my friend was appalled in the amount of fat in her carbonara pancetta without real flesh.) no checkback was made so that this was pointed out at the end where no apology was made. the meal was taken gratefully from the bill without a conversation or explanation.
Three of us had lunch, each having something different from the menu. Each dish was excellent, the service was faultless, warm and friendly.
We visit this branch of Carluccios regularly The food is consistently good and the service delightful. We wish some of the specials were on the regular menu. I ordered a mushroom lasagne from the specials menu and it was delicious. Bitter chocolate ice cream needs to return to the menu. The bathrooms could do with an update

We were greeted warmly on arrival and allow to choose our table. The service was excellent as was the food. We had coffee and I asked for something with the coffee and they brought a few chocolates fabulous. Highly recommend.
