booked for Valentine's Day and was not disappointed, we found a quiet corner and ordered our food and drinks. very clean (incl. bathroom). the personal was nice that they took the time to work with us and make sure that we were satisfied with our order and our food and ask if we needed anything else. 2 drinks, 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes for under £30 (without discount). eating arrived piping hot, cooked to perfection and very tasty came full of happy! many thanks for a beautiful evening - we will be happy to visit again in the near future!
attended groundless brunch over the weekend, absolutely amazing, served by lisa that was great! all employees were beautiful and polite and although busy still managed to give exceptional service. can not recommend enough. will come back!
on the way to home a drink and what can I say differently than absolutely shocking. the service was poor and the woman they have as manager is attractive. it is rude, loud and extremely unprofessional. like a playground as a respected hotel. we will not return.

I went to the red arrow for New Year’s Eve, the whole night was amazing the staff where friendly and very organised it was only one of the few pubs in Lutterworth open and it was definitely the place to be all night. I will...say a special mention to Kate and lanta they are both welcoming and friendly and always pleasant Lisa has always got everything running smoothly and is always a pleasure to have a conversation with across the bar she makes the red arrow what it is in my opinion so thank you very much. Also looking forward to attending some new events she was telling me about this year.
Came to the pub with some of my family as we were visiting for the holidays. Enjoyed a few cold pints and some greatbfood. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Would come back if I'm in Lutterworth again.
Pub was very cold, people had to sit around in coats and hats to try to keep warm. We asked about the heating and was told it was broken. Food was average and lukewarm Had a discount card for 20% off but was given less...than 10%. Womens toilets didn’t flush.
Really nice pub, always brilliant service by Harry and Lanta, will be coming back tomorrow! Lovely to see a pool table as well!!!!
