we had a great lunch here. when we were two households, we were sitting outside on separate neighbourhoods. also with masks, service was very friendly and the decorated felt covid safe. the menu offers a good selection of options, for vegetarian and meat...Ass equal. we enjoyed big coffee and our three different warm lunches were all delicious. we will definitely return at our next visit to petersfield.
friendly and welcoming service, felt very soothing re rules etc. it made such a refreshing change from the usual chain restaurant meals. menu not overwhelming, but every court thought and interesting. quality excellent. we had both the creamy macaroni cheese, with speck and...Mushrooms with a piece of cake for afters a chocolate sponge and a cranberry sponge. obviously from natives who always have a good sign.
we called today when we were looking for a bite to lunch. a very interesting and unusual menu, tasty eating enjoyed by all three of us, the young chap that served us was cheerful and friendly, it can highly recommend.
we love the building, friendly staff, the delicious fresh food/excellent menu and have really missed it during the lockdown period. so pleased that they are open again and followed the guidelines and felt really safe with all the suggestions they have met. we had a nice lunch today: the mais fritter in a bagel and rosmarinkartoffeln and sat outside in the shadow. that was the perfect way to finish a walk in petersfield on a hot day. I'm glad to go back. Go on.
This is such a lovely place, very friendly and chilled but efficient too. The food is outstanding, especially for vegetarians. We make special trips from some distance because we have never been let down the excellent quality is consistently maintained. Very good value for...money too.
A friend and I stumbled across the Hidden Kitchen recently. I’d seen it on Trip Advisor, but decided I’d never find it in real life, as so tucked away, but there was a helpful sign out on the Main Street that actually made it very...easy to find. This place is literally hidden but when we found it, we were glad we’d made the effort. ‘Petersfield style’ is a great vegetarian lunch, the atmosphere is low key friendly and the service is attentive yet non-intrusive. Will definitely be coming back
I was staying in Petersfield with some friends for the weekend and we don’t know the area. After looking online and seeing the Hidden Kitchen we thought we’d stop by for lunch and escape Storm Ciara. So glad we did! Really lovely, friendly service and...the food was amazing. Would probably come back to Petersfield just to come here!
