Visiting a local art function and finding lunch was immediately appalling. Luckily a table was immediately available and the agitator and smoked salmon breakfast plate looked out, and when my arrived, tasted good. It wasn't immediately clear if this... was waiter service or counter order, and the staff was very busy, but everything went well. Other Diner's meals were well presented and there was a pleasant atmosphere. Prices reasonable

I've eaten twice at Cafe Rio. My spaghetti Bolognese and meatballs with pasta were both delicious and the prices were modest. no alcohol was available, but I was satisfied with Chilled Water. The staff was pleasant and cheerful.
