we actually visited another coffee shop for coffee/cake, but after only one coffee offered due to the missing cake. then we stumbled over this caffe to get a take drink before they were in the nearby park and was thrilled to see a full counter of tasty looking tasty. the chocolate jack has not disappointed! the main reason why I leave a review is because the staff was absolutely beautiful. funny, friendly. Just beautiful. that will teach me to choose a more trendy coffee shop over this beautiful traditional tea shop
great location, great staff and very dog-friendly (my German shepherd draws us to her home door when walking in the city). great place to breakfast or lunch after a walk in the park.
good, addicted eating, good service and cheap prices. it was a bit too loud for relaxed talk, but just simple. suitable for all age groups.
delicious carrot cake and hot chocolate, large portions and good prices. the personal was friendly. we wish they would close later so that we can go after work.
Great menu, fab cakes all home made. Lovely terrace outside, so nice and Covid safe. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best hand cut ham sandwiches I have had. Cappuccino came with a fun chocolate dusting. Returning on Monday for some more cake.

Got to say this is one one the best afternoon cream teas I’ve had. My daughter-in-law treated me and I will certainly be back. Excellent value for money and great that you can choose your sandwich’s cake and scone and even jam. We also got a child’s afternoon tea as well for the granddaughter. smaller version) staff very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly which is great and with a dog menu as well! Well done The Tea room
Nice family owned tea room, two steps away from the park. Cakea are to die for and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Perfect place to grab a drink and a cake after running after the children/dog in the park.
