I came with my friends after new years. I was not happy because of the height of the service we bought on the cards. the manager emma was very drunk. when I was complaining, she was rude and threatened as aggressive. outside of clarence. their own ounces kept them from me. I sent the owner by email and received no reply. the place was much better before the old owners left. what a shame.
