great local pub, decent size outdoor area, covered smoking area, winter garden, good eating, good beer, billard table, a lot of seating, pub quiz and dj/music in the evening. many parking spaces, with decent, easy to reach with the staff.
my older relative today for lunch. we were looked so good and eating was amazing! and also so good prices. beautiful pub for relaxing and relaxing. we'll call again soon. thanks for a nice afternoon.
great place to go, although we are only allowed in the garden, the landland ladies are very welcoming, pavillons are in use for not pleasant days. the staff is great baptism, very attentive, basic menus in the set to time, but eating is fantastic cooked by a large cook. different from a look.
family-friendly beer garden, clean, plenty of seating inside and outside. good beer. attentive and helpful host and coworkers. menu is wide and has something for everyone.
Edited November 2021 new menu/new owners. Very friendly and loads of space you can always have a choice of seat. Locals and visitors in equal measure during the day. Food is really well done, well cooked, and massive menu choice for vegetarians and vegans! You are truly spoilt. Excellent garden with benches and play equipment, children's pop very reasonably priced. Huge car park. Good price on beer.
It was refreshing to see that the Pub and Restaurant side of the Swan was very compliant with COVID-19 restrictions. Social distancing was observed and people were challenged when they didn 't have a mask. The food was excellent and as it was 'Wacky Wednesday ' we had 4 meals for £20. The service was speedy and friendly. It was a shame the restaurant side was so quiet. We have booked in for next week, but this depends on whether pubs and restaurants will be able to open, which will be a damn shame as the Swan has made a real effort.
Went here with my son and daughter for a meal twice resently and the food has been superb
