the perch is really our favourite place to be, the atmosphere, the brilliant staff can not do enough for them, and with our high-time recipe at the last weekend was the best decision ever! we had an amazing day from beginning to end, a huge thank you to them all for making our day of success. damien was amazing with eating, working with us to get the right menu for us and joe helped us get the right atmosphere and take care of us from beginning to end. I went to the beach today to perch with my 3 dogs, of which one is a 6 months welpe just wanted to say what a big dog friendly place this is the personal was great and wore my food for me so that I could sit outside and all 3 dogs received a delicious large atmosphere great staff very welcome, see them again soon
I have eaten a handful of time here, as well as my friends reception. eating is fantastic. great service and a wonderful location. the place is almost always busy (it seems) but this is always a good sign for me
it's busy, but that's worth waiting! Great atmosphere is simply not in the hurry and enjoy the view. nice staff. we were impressed by the food. will go again.
We went to the first free movie night last night . It was so good. We had pizza which was delicious and a tub of penny sweets . We took our own chairs and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We will definitely be back next Friday to enjoy the next movie . So lovely to have something like this in lancing ! Well done the perch !!!
Great food and service, menu has enough choice for everyone and I thought was great value for money. Relaxed atmosphere and lovely views looking out to sea. Will definitely be going back again

Beach location with great views over the sea obviously, rock up on a windy day and watch the windsurfers excellent. The food is really good with a varied menu I defy you not to find some thing you would like here. The mussels are sooo good, highly recommend. Large car park to the rear with easy access
