Clear mismanagement at this location. Manager doesn't want to pay for an extra worker leading to wait times of 15+ minutes after placing an online order. Got an alert via the app saying that my order was ready. When I arrived, they didn't even start making the sandwich yet.If you want Subway around the area, just spend the extra 8 minutes and visit the one up the hill on Kingsway.Avoid this place at all costs. The Joyce neighborhood deserves better.
They really need more than one employee at this location. It’s not fair to the employee who has to struggle to keep up, plus the wait times for sandwiches are absurd because of this. I’m assuming this is because the owner/manager of this location is cheap doesn’t want to pay more than one employee at a time.

Never have enough staff, always one person doing mobile orders and serving customers. I feel more for the staff as I know they work hard and it’s like the owner doesn’t care or doesn’t know how to schedule.
