I have eaten here before and had good food, so I placed my takeout order for New Year's Eve at 5pm for 8pm pickup so they would have lots of time to get it prepared. I tried to call at 7:30 to confirm everything was on track but there was no answer on their phone - found out later they got overwhelmed with orders, and instead of having a strategy to cope with them, their solution was to put all the phones on hold, instead of knowing their own capacity and not over promising too many orders for the same time.When I arrived at 8pm, not only was my order not ready, they could not even find the order in their back log using my phone number. They told me it would be 40 minutes. I told them to cancel the order and I left. I will not be back.
We had a combination plate and a chicken and veggie dish. Service was friendly. Prices are great. The food was very good, and exceeded expectations all around. We will come again.
By far the best Chinese food I have ever had! In Essex county I would highly recommend May May Inn over many other locations! Our go to restaurant for chinese food
Good food with average portions. Never had a bad meal yet. We always do take out but the dine in is very clean with nice staff.
