I met some Uyghur students in kitchener where I live recommend this place and after reading all the great reviews and the mouth-watering photos of eating, my wife I was determined to try it out and we were not disappointed! the restaurant itself is just a small place in a small place and easy to miss. in the interior it is beautifully decorated with cultural artifacts and photos. service is fast and friendly. there are not many seats so we were happy that it wasn't so busy, even on a Friday night. the menu is not extensive, but also so we had a hard time to taste just a few dishes! we finally settled on the uyghur chicken (dapanji), a hearty chicken stable with kartoffels, shallow noodles, chili peppers, garlic, ingwers, wobble and seasoned, and the petir manta, the uyghur style are filled with lamb, wobble and seasoned. the dumplings were delicious! They were hearty, not sharp. the server delivered us some chili sauce and black edgy when we take care of using it. my wife absolutely loved the taste of the dumplings with a **** of black edgy on them. the chicken dish smells heavenly and tasted heavenly! Definitiw spicy, on a medium warm level for me, but so delicious. the chicken dish is offered in a part for 2 persons or for 3 persons. we chose the for 2 people, but also so, we had rest to take home, along with a few dumplings also. we were really so impressed by the food and service here! and are determined to go back until we tried all the elements on their menu! highly recommended!

Uyghur Cuisine, first time trying and I did not know what to expect but WOW! that was the first thing that my brain registered from my tongue as I had their Stir fried beef with eggs, mushrooms, and veggies (see picture). It has a distinct flavour that reminded me a bit of hakka stir fried beef but with a more unique blend of spices that excited my taste buds. A must eat for anyone thinking of something new to try. I went with my family and everyone loved their stir fried beef.I also tried their Dapanji, which is a spicy chicken stew with potatoes and it was hot! Reminded me a lot of my mother's south asian curry chicken but again there was an extra secret spice there that gave me a pleasant surprise with another unique flavor. It was great! (unfortunately my hunger took the best of me again as I gobbled up the Dapanji before I could take the picture). Everything was delicious! The place was nice and clean. Tables were cleaned and sanitized right away The staff were nice, friendly and food came out pretty quickly.definitely going back for more!

Today my first time was to try uyghur to eat, and they won't believe how delicious it is. let us first talk about the atmosphere and atmosphere of this restaurant. the atmosphere of this place is unbelievable and filled with cultural paintings of Uyghur culture, the personal dress up in cultural clothes, and the overall picture is bright and open, perfect for taking their friends and family to try something new! So, let's start eating. I ordered the pétir manta, a Uyghur kitchen of steamed noodles with finely chopped lamb, bevel and black pfeffer marinade. to round it, I served the ointment, a Uyghur-style dish with handmade chopped noodles with a stirring fresh vegetables and bark. this place has so many possibilities to choose from the menu, various meals served for their party, and the traditional uyghur tee.
