We have stayed twice at this hotel and have had a great time The staff are brilliant could not do enough for us Very friendly and helpful I can’t get into a bath with shower over head as soon as my son-in-law told them I...was immediately moved to another room The rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable Would definitely stay again Monmouth is a great place people are so friendly
good choice of beer etc. very cozy in there. eating was okay, anyway, it's cheap filling. Bar staff very helpful. pretty clean. large bedroom, but at the front was a noisy in the late night sounded like someone was throwing...furniture around one. then 5am of street cleaners with flashing amber lights. room was however clean comfortable.
Worst weatherspoons I have visited it was cold I think they had the air conditioning on we had a meal and it was disgusting cold food undercooked steak all our food was cold will not visit here again
Waited 45 minutes for what I can only describe as sausage slop. Only to be told they had forgot and left it under the heat lamp. Not what you need after a 15 hour day at work
