Ordered the Halibut fish and chip meal. Fries were excellent. Fish was good. I find most fish from restaurants to be greasy but this was not. My wife said her chicken burger was good. Service was ok but you had to catch the waiteress attention every time you wanted something like refills on drinks, ketchup etc.
My new wife told me this place was the best to have fish and chips. She was not wrong. We ate here two nights in a row. The fish is lightly battered with great flavor. The fish is fresh and big. The topping on the night was the brown gravy to dip our fries into.
We stayed for a night at the nearby hotel, And decides to try the famous JB's pub, and upon reviews on the famous Halibut we decided to order it. The Halibut was very good, but a bit pricy.
Best melt in your mouth fish and chips you will ever have there is also motel rooms cabins and rv rental nice beach on the lake.
