Asked for curry and rice to take away and was given chilli and rice so had to return to get order changed! Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but for someone like myself with an eating disorder I have a small window of time each day that I’m comfortable eating and unfortunately because of the mess up I was waiting to eat my food a whole half hour! More so once I got my food home I found it had only been warmed on the outside and the inside was still freezing cold! Won’t be eating at this cafe again
Hi there, my name is Omo and am black right. So I came with a friend who is Welsh to eat at the imperial cafe and the person who attended to me was being down right racist. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life at a cafe. Terrible service, super terrible service to blacks. Outright discrimination, unacceptable. Worst cafe I have ever been to in Wales!
A regular breakfast stop for drug dealers after a night of selling drugs. This café also clearly allow smoking weed right outside. The smell is horrendous nearby businesses close their doors to lock out the smell. Obviously management couldn't care less!! Void completely!
Good traditional cafe. Food was nicely cooked and I didn't have to wait long for it to be served. I had the large breakfast .Portion size was good. The breakfast with a cup of tea was £9 which I thought was a little bit too pricy.
