Harvey's has potential for being one of the best fast food restaurants value wise; they just need to put in more money to the chain. I ordered a hot dog combo (I won't eat their burgers because they make me sick), and there was nothing bad about it, it just wasn't good. I felt like there wasn't anything special about my hot dog. Harvey's is one of the cheapest fast food restaurants to go to (besides Taco Bell), but my food didn't feel like $5.99 + tax. I probably could've gone to the local grocery store, picked up a pack of hot dogs, cooked them on the barbecue, and there would be a strong resemblance to the hot dogs I made and the ones made at Harvey's. There were other little things too. The onion ring batter would fall off and the restaurant doesn't do much else than flipping burgers and hot dogs. The service was also very slow. They weren't busy, and it took them 5 minutes to make my hot dog, and an additional 3 minutes to get everything ready. I'm very glad it's cheap, however, I would rather spend a bit more money elsewhere to get food that felt special.
