Everything felt very rushed from the moment we sat down. Offered the obligatory bottle of water, bread and carrots you haven’t asked for turn up on the table. Starters arrived within minutes of ordering, then plates whipped away within seconds of finishing and main courses...dumped on the table. Service was either completely unattentive to the point of being ignored or intrusive when taking things away. Food was average, but totally overpriced. We get you pay for the location, but you are also paying for an experience that was sadly lacking.
Our favourite place for a beach lunch in Ibiza. Food is consistently good (how can a cauliflower be made into something so special?! the drinks are great too and the location is beautiful. Has a great ambience/ vibe. Kids club is also a wonderful thing...but we just wish it opened it earlier!! General tip arrive by and you’ll easily get one of the public loungers on the beach. we come every year after el chiriguito when we visit ibiza as always eating was great, but we had a problem with the reservation as it was not properly received, we often knew that they did this, so asked the person we talked. on the phone for their name, so we are not turned away to say that they cannot find the reservation. the service was fast, but the starters arrived before the drinks and we had to hunt them down.
The worst experience in my life, they don’t listen he customer but give what they want, I ordered a sandwich with ham, cheese and tomato to take away, I waited for minutes for every small and thin slices of bread with very thin...slices of cheese and tomato , without ham!!! For Good that’s your job, my choice is to say the truth about you!!!
