We stopped here yesterday for lunch and were VERY disappointed. There was only 1 car ahead of us and it took us about 5 minutes or so to even get someone to take our order. I ordered a "Whistle Dog" and fries and was told that they quit making whistle dogs.----This in itself upset me. I've been buying "Whistle Dogs" for OVER 50 years and was VERY upset.--Instead, I ordered a "Uncle bacon and cheese" burger with fries and my wife ordered a chicken wrap.---When we finally got to the window the girl there was all by herself and going a bit crazy.---The "burger" was cold and the cheese had been melted on it once upon a time and left to get cold and DRIED. The wrap and fries were also cold. The ONLY good thing about it was the Iced Tea was not too sweet like that bottled **** that you can buy. We will NEVER stop here again and I think that the Franchise owner should take a very close look at the operation of this establishment------AND, what's with removing "Whistle Dogs" from the line-up???? They've been around for as long as I can remember and I'm 66.
We were going south towards Great Falls this past week and were looking for a quick coffee and washrooms. On past trips, we have stopped at the coffee-donut place named after the hockey player and found them slooow. This time, we stopped at the Claresholm A&W. Service was very prompt and efficient. On future trips through Claresholm, we will continue to stop at the A&W for our coffee and food. It was a pleasure to have quick and friendly service from a fast food outlet. There is lots of parking and it is right on the highway on the north side of town.
I walked in here with my family and waited in line and noticed that the staff was very confused and bumping into each other and just general chaos.The line was full of people returning incorrect orders.When we finally got up to place our order the girl at the counter told us they weren't taking orders anymore because they were so far behind.The last time I was here it was the same and that was a year ago.Thank you for wasting a half hour of my day.Fire everybody in get competent staff
Every order my husband and I have placed has been given to is has come out wrong. Not only is this incredibly inconvenient, but dangerous as if my order is messed up too badly I can end up incredibly ill. Would not recommend this a &w to anyone
