Steak ‘n Shake - Reservar uma mesa

Went in with my Son to order a Nutella milkshake for him, when it arrived it had banana in it which he doesn’t l like. I returned it saying it should be Nutella only….well the guy who worked there went mad. He was screaming and shouting in Spanish and slamming the towel down on the counter. Staring at me with an angry face even though I had no idea what he was saying, complete overreaction, rude, mad staff. Would not return

I went to Steak n' Shake for lunch, where I had the Original Double Steakburger, Fries and Chocolate Shake, the food was really good! The second time I ate at Steak n' Shake was after the Calvin Harris show, where I ordered the Western BBQ ‘N Bacon Steakburger, not has tasty as the first one I had.

Got a burger and fry here at midnight. I screwed up and grabbed the wrong order, but the manger and staff were really good about it. And the food was great too, so it was altogether a good experience! Would 10/10 recommend!

Rude staff. Buzzer connected for wrong order and staff were rude and unapologetic. Food was dry and bland. Food came later than other people thanks that ordered first.

Cheap Excellent food Service is slow but all made fresh Order the Nutella milkshake was beautiful
