Not sure why the ratings for this place are so low. We went into this place as we had passed it loads of times and it looked good and also heard its burgers were fantastic from colleagues. We had also nipped in for a beer last week and the host is a smashing guy.We were sat down quickly and spent time perusing the menu. After the last two weeks blow out we were struggling but I went for the club sandwich, my colleagues had burgers, salmon and salad. All of the portions were huge and my sandwich was very tasty (too much to be honest) and the paprika fries very tasty.The host kept coming over to ensure we understood the menu (German obviously ) and that everything was ok. He was a smashing bloke and the whole experience good. It's a bit out of the way but worth seeking out, let's get it up the rankings!
we were several times in the south west to lunch and occasionally for a bag after work. the lunch menu is visible on the homepage, you can choose between an salat or suppe as an appetizer or dessert. the prices I find moderate. occasionally it can be very full at noon, therefore a reservation is recommended in advance. the quality of eating was always good, the service friendly, but unfortunately I had to wait twice very long for eating, with the other paints it went faster.
The restaurant is located in the center of Schaffhausen just behind the railway station. I regularly go there with my family to eat burgers. The owner is very friendly and likes children much. Food is excellent! I had a lot of burgers in the greater Zurich area but none of them was even close to what you get at South West. The fries are seasoned with a specisl spice-mix. Very tasty. Looking forward to my next visit!
A reliable and typically contemporary atmosphere with a nice simple menu, with well prepared fresh ingredients.All the right content situated in the middle of a significant office population virtually guarantees a full house time after time until of course the next new sensation comes along.
